2007 – 2009

In 2007 the tripartite dialogue on the island of Curaçao, named “Kolaborativo”, started a process to develop a structural labor market policy, the ‘ Labor Force Development Plan’. The film shows the enthousiasm and the beliefs of all those that were involved in the process. And thereafter the deception when the Plan was never implemented by the politicians.
